After a month and a half of "mate", "empanadas", feathers and Blender, Bassam went back to his home in USA. He left his valuable experience and knowledge, and a lot of funny stories.

Manos Digitales Animation Studio, Fundación Vía Libre and Blender Foundation will realize a conference about 3D animation with open source tools, where they will show material from Plumíferos and the short film Elefants Dream, completely developed with open source software. Elephants Dream director, Bassam Kurdali, and Andy Goralczyk will be present. The conference will take place on August, 29th, at 7 pm, on Centro Cultural Cooperación (1543, Corrientes Av, Buenos Aires City, Argentina).
